1.) Scope of Services

- API integrations and database development
- Maintenance and support
- Services in multiple programming languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, Python, React, Node.js, etc.)
2.) Client Obligations
Clients must:
- Agree to supply the project with accurate, full, and authentic information.
- Respond to communication promptly.
- Provide any necessary materials (text, logos, images, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines, otherwise, it will affect the delivery time.
Failure to comply may result in project delays or additional costs.
3.) Timelines for Projects
The scope, customer responsiveness, and technical difficulty all affect how long a project takes to complete. Any delay in client feedback, resources, or approvals may impact the final delivery schedule. Estimated timelines are not binding unless stated in a formal agreement.
4.) Payment Terms
- Payment structures will be clearly stated in the project proposal or invoice.
- Depending on the scope, a percentage of the total project fee may be required upfront.
- Late payments beyond 7 days may incur a 5% late fee per week.
No code or files will be handed over until full payment is received unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.) Revisions and Changes
- Clients are entitled to a fixed number of revisions (as agreed upon per project).
- Any additional revision beyond the scope may incur extra charges.
- Major scope changes mid-project may result in rescoping and updated cost estimates.
6.) Intellectual Property Rights
- All work remains the intellectual property of the developer until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of final deliverables (excluding third-party assets/tools/libraries).
- The developer retains the right to showcase work in their portfolio or marketing channels unless explicitly restricted in writing.
7.) Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
- I will not disclose or use client information for purposes outside the agreed project.
8.) Use of Third-Party Tools or Services
- May integrate third-party services (APIs, plugins, libraries) to deliver functionality.
- Any associated licensing fees or terms are the responsibility of the client.
- Not responsible for downtime or issues caused by external services.
9.) Hosting & Maintenance
- Hosting and domain registration are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included.
- Maintenance packages will be provided upon request.
- Not liable for hosting-related issues unless under a specific hosting support contract.
10.) Termination & Refunds
- Projects may be terminated by either party with prior written notice.
- In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.
- No full refunds are provided for completed milestones or delivered work.
11.) Warranty & Support
- Offer a limited bug-fix warranty for a period of 30 days after final delivery.
- This warranty covers only issues related to the initial scope, not enhancements or third-party conflicts.
12.) Liability Disclaimer
- The website's error-free, uninterrupted, and device/browser compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
- Not be exempt from liability for any special, indirect, or consequential damages brought on by using the website or services that are provided.
